Our Hyperextension Bench, also known as a Roman Chair, is the perfect piece of equipment for rapid development of abdominal, lower back, glute and hamstring muscles.

High density upholstery and the adjustable leg support guarantee a comfortable workout.

The Hyperextension Bench is now more robust than ever - we have upgraded the thickness of the steel used in this product to 3mm, making it sturdier and more durable.

Looks good, made for men

Looks good and would say reasonably priced too, however as a gym owner with predominantly women members, there are only a small number of people actually tall enough to use this. Would say you'll be okay if 5ft7-8 and above

Maybe better for people 6’ or taller

Quite happy with the Strength Shop hyperextension bench. Haven’t gone any heavier yet but feels sturdy enough for doing extensions with 80kg weight.
Main positive is that it folds up easily for storage.
Couple negatives - no foot platform apart from having my toes on the bottom stand.
I’m 6’1” and have it set at its lowest height, which allows me to have proper hip hinge. For anyone less than 6’ you’d probably end up bending your lower back instead which isn’t ideal.
