Power Cage:

The first step is selecting what type of power cage you wish to use. The Thor Power Cage is the perfect environment for squatting, benching, pressing, and more. With a unique design that offers band hooks at both the top and bottom and a pull-up/chin-up attachment, the Power Cage is an excellent option for home gyms and commercial spaces. The J Hooks can be applied to either the front or the back of the cage to provide ease of use for a wide range of exercises.

The Garage Cage is perfect for those who need a high-quality, durable power cage but have a training space with a low ceiling. Standing at 1.85m, the Garage Cage offers all of the benefits of our Power Cage but with a compact footprint. It includes band hooks at the top and bottom, dipping handles, and a removable pull-up/chin-up bar.

Barbell:

The weights aren't going to lift themselves so next in the package is our Original 2028 Olympic Bar.  The Original 2028 Olympic Bar is one of our best-selling barbells. Built to Olympic standards with a length of 2.2m and a weight of 20kg, the bar features 50mm sleeves and a straight steel shaft with a diameter of 28mm. The Black E-Coating on the barbell is applied using an electrophoretic painting process, which uses electricity to bond the coating to the steel. This ensures that the finish is hard-wearing, durable, and corrosion-resistant.

Bench:

Every Home Gym needs a bench and we have you sorted with our Original Flat Bench with its extra-wide 4-feet design, this bench offers unmatched stability for a wide range of exercises, including presses, dumbbell rows, and hip thrusts. Plates:

Obviously you need some weight plates for the set up and our timeless, durable, and functional, our Riot Cast Iron Plates have rightfully earned a top spot amongst gyms and athletes worldwide. True to form, these plates have been moulded in a single cast and feature a raised lip for seamless loading and unloading. A standard 50mm opening ensures a snug and secure fit on the barbell, while the embossed weight increments allow for easy identification. 

Collars:

Lastly you need a set of quick release spring collars to fit all Olympic style bars (50mm) to keep the plates secure on the barbell and to keep you (and your home gym) safer!
