Hybrid Atlas Stone Moulds by Rob Orlando are high quality moulds for making your own atlas stones. Atlas stones, the classic strongman/woman event, are used for both strongman and functional training and competitions.

The weights given are estimates only and depend on the type of concrete used. Some users make the stones heavier by inserting metal objects such as plates inside as well.

The sizing ranges from 14 inch (35.58cm) until 19 inch(48.26cm)

Material: fibre glass

Size and estimated Weight:
14 inch (35.58cm, 115lbs = 52.20 Kg)
15 inch (38.1cm, 142lbs = 64.5kg)
16 inch (40.64cm, 173lbs = 78.50 Kg)

Good moulds

Good moulds, delivered quickly. Seem tough enough. Used veg oil to coat the inside of the mould and it released pretty easily.

Best stones

Clearly atlas stones are not available everywhere, so making them is an option. Can't get cheaper moulds, but now have almost a full set curtesy of Strength Shop. Arrived within a couple of days, they make excellent atlas stones, big range of sizes, company responds to queries very quickly, top people to deal with. Now just got to lift them.

How do you get lower hemisphere out without damaging mould

No instruction...just mould shell - not even cable ties...but how do you get stone out of lower shell without crushing mould flange?
