FID Bench: Flat, Incline & Decline

Showcasing our new utility bench, the Riot FID Utility Bench which can easily accommodate various exercises. This great piece of equipment has nine adjustable incline back pad settings, classic flat and includes the possibility for a decline position. The height-adjustable foot rollers provide added stability, allowing you to maximize your power output safely and effectively. Whether you're performing dumbbell rows, seated shoulder presses, or hip thrusts, this bench supports a variety of accessory exercises, making it an essential addition to your home gym to make the most of your space.

The strong four-footed construction of our bench, which is made from a sturdy 75mm box section, provides you with a stable base during your training sessions. The tapered back pad allows for comfort and fluidity with increased range of motion during your sets. The dimensions of the back pad are oriented in line with the IPF specifications.
