Resistance bands are suitable for anyone at any fitness level. These wider bands are designed to use in strength, muscle building, stretching and warm up work, and are more comfortable to use than normal strength bands.

Try out glute bridges, abductor work, plank kickbacks, hip raises and numerous upper body exercises with this set of increasingly strong resistance bands!

The set comes with a drawstring bag to store the bands in.

Length of the bands: 30.5cm (61cm diameter)

Handy but of kit

Bought these recently with aim of using to them warm up the shoulders before pressing, and they are ideal. I would definitely recommend them for exactly that. They come in a handy little bag to keep them altogether, the bag could be a little bigger but never-the-less, functionally these are great for getting the rotator cuff warm. As usual defo recommend Strength Shop as the go to shop for strength equipment.
