This is a great piece of kit for any home gym. It is simple and inexpensive compared to a lat pulldown/tricep attachment!
Simply attach the pulley to your rack / cage (make sure your cage can take the weight rating first, and is secured to the floor) and you're ready to go.
It allows you to do lat, triceps and upper back movements without the need for any other equipment. It is perfect for your home gym as it takes up virtually no space when not in use!

Please select from cable lengths 1.9m cable comes as standard with option to add shorter 1.4m cable.
Pulley rated to 120kg (note the piece of equipment you attach it to may have a different rating).
If you have other attachments, like a tricep rope, bar or other handles they will all be able to be used with this piece of kit to add even more variety to your training!
Incredibly versatile and effective piece of kit. Attached it to my yoke at full height and now I can do cable exercises in my garage gym including Lat pulldowns. 5 star.

Absolutely chuffed
I'm so pleased with this product. Ridiculously easy to set up and is as smooth as butter to use. It's absolutely perfect for my garage gym. I've got it attached to my pull up bar and it's saved me hundreds on a fixed cable machine. Would recommend to anyone.

I, probably like you, was sceptical at first but I'm impressed by this. Is it a full commercial grade lat pull down, no, but it works, it takes up next to no space and is as good if not better than some of the ebay lat pull downs you get. Great for lat pull downs, Tricep press downs, face pulls, standing ab crunches and whatever else you can do with a high pulley. You won't regret buying it.
